We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR that will handle the following :
Management of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, IT, MLWF etc)and Legal/ Labour issues
Ensure all branches fully compliant for Internal Audit
Payroll complete process from input processing, to output generation, taxation and investment as per local statutory acts. Also managing the payroll of outsourced staff
Management of the entire recruitment cycle for entry level positions including sourcing, interview co\-ordination, interviewing, offer closure, reference check.
The entire recruitment process to be managed as per the global recruitment policy on timely basis in the recruitment system available
