• Handle existing client interactions, shipment follow\-ups and inside sales.
• Ensure timely pricing and quotations for existing clients.
• Supervise documentation, customer service and pricing activities.
• Guide and monitor the marketing team.
• Review client outstanding payments on a weekly basis.
• Manage original Bill of Lading (BL) custody against payment.
• Coordinate with Documentation and CSU teams to resolve long\-pending matters with shipping lines.
