• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Assistant Manager – IT to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, network connectivity, security systems, and vendor coordination activities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations and high system availability while supporting business requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, CCTV, IP Telephony, and Access Control Systems.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities with external vendors.
• Ensure 99% uptime of IT infrastructure and critical business systems.
• Support connectivity requirements for users and operational teams.
• Monitor and maintain network security and system performance.
• Manage integration of third\-party software and reporting tools.
• Develop SOPs and coordinate with service providers for IT support and maintenance.
• Handle troubleshooting, incident management, and preventive maintenance activities.

• *Desired Profile**

• B.Tech / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong understanding of networking, security systems, surveillance systems, and enterprise IT support.
• Experience in vendor management and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
