We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Agent Architect to design, build, and scale enterprise\-grade agentic AI systems. The role involves architecting multi\-agent frameworks using RAG, LangGraph, and MCP (Model Context Protocol), with a technology stack comprising Python on the backend and React/Node.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience building production\-grade AI agents and a strong understanding of enterprise integration, security, and scalability requirements. This person will also lead and mentor a team of AI professionals, championing best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps across the AI development lifecycle.

• *Responsibilities** **:**

• Architect and design enterprise\-level agentic AI frameworks using RAG, LangGraph, and MCP

• Define and enforce best practices for AI agent design, development, and deployment

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of AI professionals

• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across AI projects

• Oversee end\-to\-end development of AI agents with Python backend and React/Node.js frontend

• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise systems

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of deployed agentic AI solutions

• Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and related frameworks

• Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews to maintain engineering quality

• Establish monitoring, evaluation, and governance frameworks for AI agent performance
