We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts** to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the NBFC sector and possess strong knowledge of accounting operations, GST compliance, and statutory filings.
- Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle GST calculations, return filing, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's Degree (M.Com), MBA Finance, or CA Inter preferred.
- **3–8 years of experience**, preferably in the **NBFC industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **GST filing and statutory compliance**.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
