### **What you'll do**

• 1\.Designing the optical components after understanding the legal requirements of an automotive product. Prepare basic drawing for further study.
• 2\. Coordinate with Mechanical/CAD team to understand the space and packing requirements.
• 3\. Understand the legal requirements of an automotive product to design and simulate accordingly.
• 4\. Generate data/reports to analyse system performance for further optimization.
• 5\. Coordinate with Electronics team to select the light source (LED, Bulb etc.) for finalizing the electrical and optical power requirements.
• 6\. Design Lighting systems to meet AIS, UN ECE \& FMVSS regulation requirements.

### **What we are looking for**

• Educational Qualifications
• B. Tech/B.E. (Electronics, Mechanical or related discipline) with 6\-7 years of post\-qualification experience in the automotive industry, with special experience in Optics (Educational or Industry).
• Required Skills \& Experience
• Hands on Experience on an optical simulation program including design and simulation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross\-functional global environment.
