Relevant Experience

Enterprise workflow and compliance applications

Service/API integration troubleshooting

Document\-centric applications with audit and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) or equivalent experience

Strong troubleshooting and support mindset

Experience leading end\-to\-end feature delivery

Ability to work directly with business, infrastructure, and support teams
