#### **Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager – Sales \& Business Development to drive growth in cable glands and electrical components across industrial customers.

• Develop new business opportunities
• Manage customer relationships
• Expand market presence
• Achieve sales targets

#### **Key Responsibilities**

• Drive B2B sales and business development for cable glands and related electrical products.
• Develop customers across OEMs, distributors, EPC companies, and panel builders.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

#### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 5–10 years in B2B, industrial, or technical sales.
• Experience with electrical components, cable glands, or related industrial products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• B.Tech / B.E. preferred; willingness to travel extensively.
