• *Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and high\-energy Asst. Manager to oversee our Ground Sales \& Airport across multiple locations. Based in Mumbai, you will be the bridge between on\-ground execution and corporate strategy. This role requires a leader who is as comfortable analysing performance data as they are navigating airport compliance and mentoring on\-ground teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Multi\-Site Oversight: Conduct weekly/monthly audits and site visits to all locations to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.

· Compliance Management: Act as the coordinator for Airport Entry Permits (AEP) and ensure 100% adherence to BCAS and airport regulatory standards.

· Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance and attendance of Team Leaders and frontline staff.

· Operational Reporting: Collate daily performance metrics into actionable weekly reports for senior management.

· Conflict Resolution: Resolve escalated customer or operational issues at the counters with a focus on service recovery.

• *Required Qualifications**

· Experience: 4\+ years in Operations or Hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. (Experience in Airport Operations or Fleet Management is a major plus).

· Education: Graduate.

· Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is highly preferred.
