About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and business\-focused HR professional to join our Human Resources team as an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – HR. This role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, and People Operations, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy building people practices and driving organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner for business teams.
- Collaborate with managers to address people\-related challenges.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employee performance and productivity through effective HR interventions.
Employee Engagement \& Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Conduct employee feedback initiatives and recommend action plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
- Support employee recognition and reward programs.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance review cycles and goal\-setting processes.
- Assist managers with performance discussions and employee development plans.
- Support initiatives focused on learning, growth, and retention.
HR Operations \& Projects
- Drive HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support organizational change and people transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and relationship\-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or People Operations.
- Experience in startup, consulting, technology, fintech, legal\-tech, or high\-growth environments will be preferred.
