Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to build relationships with engineering colleges, technical institutes and management institutes, while leveraging LinkedIn and other professional networks to develop a strong talent pipeline for our growing manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with engineering colleges, technical institutes, management institutes and other educational institutions.
• Develop a talent pipeline through campus engagement, internships, placement activities and other institutional partnerships.
• Use LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to connect with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop professional relationships with experienced candidates and industry networks.
• Coordinate with internal HR and business teams to understand present and future manpower requirements.
• Track institute partnerships, networking activities and talent pipeline progress.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding or related HR activities.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking channels.
• Strong coordination, follow\-up and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach to developing long\-term talent pipelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR / Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of prior relevant experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Campus Relations or Employer Branding.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
