Assistant Production Supervisor

• **Operational Support:** Work alongside and assist the Factory Manager in supervising day\-to\-day plant operations and floor staff.
• **Reporting \& Tracking:** Compile, maintain, and present accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• **Production Planning:** Assist in workflow scheduling, resource allocation, and line efficiency planning.
• **Quality \& Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety standards, product quality specs, and operational guidelines.
• **Team Coordination:** Help manage staff schedules, monitor productivity, and resolve line bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹13,500\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month

Education

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
