• *Job Summary**

ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and student\-focused **Assistant Professor – Accounts \& Finance** for its university alliance program. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in Accounting, Finance, and Statistics, along with practical expertise in accounting software and data analytics tools.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering industry\-oriented education, mentoring students, coordinating academic activities, and preparing students for internships and placement opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Commerce and Management, focusing on Accounting, Finance, and Statistics.
• Deliver practical training in Tally, Advanced Excel, Business Computer Applications, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP\-FICO.
• Explain statistical concepts and their applications in business, finance, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with university representatives regarding academic reporting, assessments, and daily academic operations.
• Guide students in internships, placements, and corporate readiness.
• Conduct assessments and support curriculum implementation to ensure quality learning outcomes.
• Mentor students and promote practical, industry\-oriented learning.

Eligibility Criteria

• *Educational Qualifications:**

• **M.Com or MBA (Finance) with a B.Com degree.**
• Candidates with ICMA or CFA qualifications will also be considered, subject to relevant academic qualifications and teaching experience.

• *Experience:**

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Accounts, Finance, Statistics, or related subjects.
• Experience in vocational education, skill development, or university alliance programs will be preferred.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Statistics.
• Practical proficiency in Tally, Advanced Excel, and business applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and SAP\-FICO.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Strong student mentoring and academic coordination abilities.
• Ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical business applications.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Passionate about teaching and student development.
• Comfortable with university coordination and academic administration.
• Experience in internship and placement preparation will be an added advantage.
