Flora Misty Falls is seeking a passionate and service\-oriented **Assistant Restaurant Manager** to support the day\-to\-day operations of our restaurant and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality standards.

• *Job Responsibilities :**

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor restaurant setup, service flow, and closing procedures.
• Welcome and interact with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure personalized service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and duty rosters.
• Conduct on\-the\-job training and maintain service excellence standards.
• Promote restaurant offerings, special menus, and upselling opportunities.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets through effective sales initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate requisitions with relevant departments.
• Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures are followed.
• Support management in implementing operational improvements and guest engagement initiatives.
• Monitor inventory usage and help control operational costs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain service records.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies :**

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and F\&B service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Guest\-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is an advantage.
