Assistant Sales Manager (Commercial Vehicle)

Job Purpose: To support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, guiding the sales team and ensuring good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Guide and motivate Sales Consultants to improve their performance.
• Follow up with customers and help convert enquiries into sales.
• Monitor daily sales activities and update sales reports.
• Ensure timely follow\-up of customer enquiries and leads.
• Assist in planning sales activities and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate vehicle bookings, finance, insurance and delivery.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the team in resolving customer issues.
• Follow company policies and Mahindra sales procedures.

Qualification

Degree in any discipline preferred.

Experience

Experience in automobile sales is preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000\.00 per month
