• *Job Description**

The role involves supervising the sales team, coordinating with design and project teams, and supporting management in achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The Asst Manager – Sales will manage lead allocation, client handling, quotation processes, and team performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Supervise sales executives; ensure discipline, productivity, and service quality.

· Handle client calls, follow\-ups, and escalations when required.

· Prepare and verify quotations; ensure pricing accuracy and approvals.

· Coordinate with design and project teams for drawings, site visits, and execution.

· Monitor daily sales activities, reports, and support sales forecasting.

· Mentoring the sales team on overall personality department, product knowledge and quotation processes.

• *Requirements**

· 2–4 years of experience in relevant industries.

· Willingness to travel as per lead and site requirements.

· Good communication and team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
