Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on customer leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
• Present and explain project features, specifications, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
• Coordinate and arrange site visits for potential customers.
• Maintain consistent follow\-ups to convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the property\-buying process.
• Maintain updated lead records, customer interactions, and sales reports.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Graduation in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Good follow\-up, coordination, and time\-management skills.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive approach.
