• *Location:** Bangalore Airport, Karnataka

• *Qualification:** Any Degree

• *Experience:** 5 \- 7 year's experience in retail management, ideally in Luxury Watches.

• *Salary:** ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Passport: A valid passport is mandatory

• *Job Description:**

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and sales activities.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual store targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with high\-value customers.
• Assist in managing, motivating, and developing the sales team.
• Ensure the store maintains premium visual merchandising and luxury brand standards.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and ensure proper product handling.
• Support billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and security procedures.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, and professional conduct.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and operational reports with the Store Manager

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month

Experience

• Total work: 7 years (Preferred)
• Assistant store manager: 5 years (Preferred)
