We are looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Store Manager to handle store activities, maintain operational standards, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the store.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor sales activities and work towards achieving business targets.
• Manage staff coordination and ensure proper task execution.
• Maintain customer service standards and address customer concerns.
• Ensure proper store maintenance, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain overall store standards and discipline.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities and coordinate with a team.
• Basic knowledge of store operations and customer service.
