### **What does the job entail?**

• Managing Core Policy Administration platforms
• Managing System availability, scalability, performance
• Manage the change delivery and issue resolution SLA
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritise features, enhancements, and technical debt
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and roadmap alignment
• Manage key integrations across various applications
• Lead platform audits and risk assessments
• Oversee release and change management
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

### **Work Experience**

15\+ years

### **Essential Qualification**

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, ITIL, cloud platforms) are a plus
