Job Summary

The Associate Analyst, Digital and Transformation, will be collaborating with the various Digital and Transformation teams in different locations to support Business .?This role needs to work in alignment with West Digital and Transformation and company policies and procedure

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

With guidance provide support to manager and ensure project tasks are completed on time

Assist and perform necessary validations, and execute transactions with timeliness.

Work with seniors in the org to reconcile and provide reporting for analysis

Assist in consolidation and analysis of the data collected, comparing results with baseline and communicating status to the management for review

Participate in global/regional initiatives and other special projects/duties assigned, as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

Education

Bachelor's Degree relevant field required

Work Experience

No min required 0\-2 years in pharma industry required

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Skills in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks

Good problem solving, process improvement and organizational skills

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner to all levels of the organization

Understanding the “what” and the “why” behind results

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

License and Certifications

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Sedentary\-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
