Job Description for Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance:

The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. You will be tasked with developing agency channels, ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies, and meeting performance targets. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by building strong relationships with your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors to build a motivated team.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure advisors achieve their targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance agency performance and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate advisors’ results regularly, providing feedback and mentorship.
• Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration among advisors.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements in all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, insurance, or team management is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in insurance or finance will be an advantage.
