Associate AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for passionate Associate AI/ML Engineers who thrive in fast\-paced, innovation\-driven environments and are excited to solve complex business problems using cutting\-edge technologies.

• *Role Overview:** We are seeking highly motivated **AI/ML Engineers** with understanding of relevant in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate should possess understanding in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP/LLMs, and cloud\-based AI solutions, with a strong problem\-solving mindset and ability to work across cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases.
• Build and optimize Generative AI, NLP, and LLM\-based applications.
• Work on predictive modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines and workflow automation systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI\-driven solutions.
• Ensure model performance, monitoring, and continuous improvements through MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Conduct data analysis, experimentation, and performance optimization for enterprise scale solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and contribute to innovation initiatives.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts
• Understanding of Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs Basics of Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit\-learn, Hugging Face
• Knowledge of Predictive Modeling, Time\-Series Forecasting, and Statistical Analysis
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
• Understanding of workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow/Prefect is an added advantage
