• *Contingent Workforce Management**

This team strives to provide improved customer experiences by focusing on operational and cost effectiveness, increased accuracy, efficiency, compliance adherence, and delivering greater value through aligned solutions to the business strategies. Key areas include Contingent Workforce management, talent vendor and external contractor relationships, talent cost/spend across channels. • *Work you will do**

Execute and implement the contractor recruiting strategy for a particular service area/line. Collaborate with business leadership and vendors to assess needs, market intelligence, develop strategy, and implement work plans to meet the needs of various service areas/ lines.

Your key responsibilities include

• Working with hiring managers to minimize disruptions to the candidate’s experience and responding swiftly so that our time to fill with the right candidate supports business performance

• Partner with the project teams/managers/practice leads to understand the requirement

• Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy and implement work plans to meet the needs of various practice areas

• Manage relationships across businesses and vendor teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner
• Communicate progress to business — coordinate ad\-hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress

• Set high recruitment standards, always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance
• Be the candidate’s trusted advisor, as well as someone they can discuss their onboarding journey, balancing this with representing the Company’s interests and needs

• Maintain a critical eye for the tools and resources necessary for smooth running of the business and ensure process compliance for the entire contractor management

• *Qualifications and experience Required:**

• Graduate degree, preferably MBA \- HR

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in recruitments and contractor management
• Must have hands on experience in contractor hiring through vendors.

• Proven track record of full life cycle experienced IT/Non\-IT flexible staffing recruiting for a large firm — preferably professional services
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, charting, VLOOKUP, intermediate formulas) and MS PowerPoint

• *Location:** Hyderabad

• *Work hours:** 9 AM – 6 PM / 11 AM – 8 PM
