We are looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to manage client interactions, gather requirements, coordinate with HR and sales teams, and ensure successful resource onboarding and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients and gather project/staffing requirements.
Share requirements with HR and collaborate on candidate sourcing.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates.
Map suitable resources to client requirements.
Manage end\-to\-end onboarding of resources with clients.
Follow up with clients, resources, HR, and sales teams to ensure timely closure.
