• *Overview:**

We are seeking an **Associate Engagement Manager** to support and drive delivery across **Data \& Analytics** engagements — particularly in **data migration** and **cloud modernization** projects. The role demands a strong blend of project ownership, stakeholder management, and an understanding of modern data and cloud ecosystems.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Support end\-to\-end delivery of data migration and analytics programs across **GCP, AWS, or Azure**.
• Work closely with Engagement Managers and technical leads to ensure smooth project execution and delivery excellence.
• Partner with clients to track progress, address blockers, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams on planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

• 6–9 years of experience in managing or supporting **Data \& Analytics** engagements.
• Exposure to **data migration**, **ETL modernization**, or **data platform transformation** projects.
• Understanding of **cloud environments** – GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a client\-facing role within data\-driven or consulting environments.
