- *Role: Associate HR Specialist**

As part of CSC’s **Global Talent Acquisition Operations team** , the Associate **HR Specialist** plays a critical role in supporting a seamless and positive interview experience for candidates and hiring teams. This position partners closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates to coordinate interviews efficiently, ensure accuracy, and uphold an exceptional candidate experience.
While the primary responsibility is interview scheduling, this role may also support additional Talent Acquisition operational projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and process excellence across the team.

- *Some of the things you’ll be doing:**
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to coordinate interviews across multiple time zones using Microsoft Outlook, Oracle, and Teams.
- Communicate directly with candidates to confirm availability, send invitations, and provide clear details to ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Manage and track interview scheduling through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — experience with Oracle Recruit Cloud is a plus.
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve them quickly with professionalism and accuracy.
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and compliant candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Support team projects and process improvements related to scheduling, communication templates, and candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with data privacy and compliance standards.
Collaborate with colleagues across TA Operations to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
- *What Technical Skills, Experience, and qualifications do you need**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in HR, recruiting coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook (calendar management and scheduling).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — Oracle Recruit Cloud preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to learn, share ideas, and take initiative to improve processes.
