• *What You Will Own**

In this role, you will design, implement, manage, and support Tally's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud\-based network systems. You will also play a key role in optimizing network performance, security, and scalability while mentoring your team.

• Expertise in network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
• In\-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with firewall configuration and management, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and performance analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).
• Strong understanding of network security best practices and risk mitigation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem\-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.

• Cloud Networking: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integrating cloud\-based services into existing networks.

• *The Scope of Your Influence**

• *1\. Network Design \& Implementation:**

• Design, plan, and implement scalable and high\-availability network solutions for LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud\-based networks.
• Ensure the network architecture supports security, performance, and redundancy requirements.
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and expansions in line with organizational goals.

• *2\. Network Monitoring \& Troubleshooting:**

• Monitor the network's performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network problems, providing root cause analysis and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure.

• *3\. Security Management:**

• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, intrusion detection systems, and monitoring tools.
• Perform regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to and resolve network security breaches or vulnerabilities.

• *4\. Vendor \& Stakeholder Management:**

• Collaborate with third\-party vendors for hardware and software procurement, installation, and support.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to improve existing infrastructure.
• Interface with internal stakeholders, including IT teams and business units, to ensure network systems meet user requirements.

• *5\. Documentation \& Reporting:**

• Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, procedures, and logs.
• Provide regular reports on network performance, security, and project status to management.
