Making an impact. **What will you do?**

• In this role you will be responsible for daily production schedules in Inert/Flammable/Toxic gas filling system and ensure no production stoppage or stock out due to equipment failure, Cylinder or Valve unavailability
• Further, you will be responsible to coordinate with plant distribution team and plan for on time delivery of cylinders, avoiding stock out situations
• Monthly stock check of raw materials used for production and reporting to plant manager and preparing monthly production report is a part of your responsibility
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for plant preventive maintenance plan and execute the job in a scheduled manner, ensuring no deviation in COP/OSS functional checks, calibration etc., maintaining Gas monitoring system, CCTV, Access control systems, Fire detection and alarm systems, Fire hydrant systems, plant critical spares and permit to work process
• Additionally, you will initiate MOC for any changes. follow Legacy safety requirements, standard safety practices, potential hazards, site specific rules and procedures, coordinate with procurement team and releasing plant related Spares Pos. timely processing vendor payment, contractor management and plant shutdown maintenance
• Moreover, you are in\-charge for supporting in the statutory compliances and conducting training for operators

Winning in your role. **Do you have what it takes?**

• You have a diploma / degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering with five to seven (5\-7\) years of experience in chemical or gas Industry
