• *Job Purpose**

Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated \& self\-driven professional to join our global Portfolio Monitoring \& Reporting team. This role requires to work closely as an extended team member for a private equity client and will assist them on financial analysis and portfolio monitoring

• *Key Responsibilities**

l Updating and managing portfolio details of various private equity funds.

l Updating pre\-defined investor specific quarterly bespoke reporting templates.

l Analyze PE Funds performance by going through fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports

l Analyzing and calculating fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized / unrealized value, gross / net multiple, gross / net IRR and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt, valuation / leverage multiples etc.

l Tracking the performance of operational KPIs and operational updates on quarterly basis

l Creating / updating fund track record and reconciling the data using cash flow notices

l Calculating fund multiples and IRRs using cash flows and performing various fund analytics such as attribution and value creation analysis

l Reconciling the portfolio level operational data including geographical presence, headquarter and portfolio leverage

l Coordinating with different teams to get right information on time and communicating on a constant basis with clients on the status of tasks.

• *Key Competencies:**

l Post\-graduate / CFA / CA / MBA / CCRA / CIIA / CAIA \& equivalent.

l 1 \- 10 years of experience in relevant financial services experience incl. Management Reporting or Operational Finance, preferably with some research experience.

l E \- front \+ ilevel \+ Power BI \+ Microsoft Access experience is an added advantage

l Good to have: Knowledge of AI capabilities and practical business applications is a plus.
