Experience 15 years or more

Technical Skills Primary

5 years in softwaresolutions engineering with 3 years handson AWS architecture and development

Demonstrated handson experience building agentic AI workflows multistep agents tool use orchestration not just prompt engineering or POCs

Practical experience with AWS Agent Core or willingnessability to ramp quickly given related experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph AutoGen Bedrock Agents or similar

Strong handson expertise with AWS API Gateway RESTHTTP APIs authorizers throttling requestresponse transformation

Solid experience with core AWS services Lambda Step Functions DynamoDBRDS S3 EventBridge IAM CloudWatchXRay

Experience integrating LLMsfoundation models Bedrock OpenAI Anthropic etc into production applications

Strong software engineering fundamentals API design testing CICD infrastructure as code CloudFormationCDKTerraform

Ability to write productionquality code Python andor TypeScriptNodejs preferred

Comfortable working directly in code this is an individualcontributor buildityourself role not solely a designreview function

Technical Skills Secondary not mandatory

Experience in insurance or financial services especially underwritingclaims automation

Familiarity with RAG architectures vector databases and enterprise data platforms

Experience with agent observabilityevaluation tooling tracing eval harnesses guardrails

AWS certifications Solutions Architect Professional or AIML specialty

Experience mentoring engineers or setting technical standards for a team

Soft skills

As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
