Job Overview

VANAA is looking for an Associate Product Engineer with a strong interest in software development and product management. The role involves building and maintaining web applications, developing AI\-powered solutions, managing product requirements, and ensuring successful feature releases.

The ideal candidate should have practical coding experience, strong problem\-solving skills, and the ability to independently develop and demonstrate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Build automation scripts, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Develop AI\-powered solutions using LLM APIs.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Manage product backlogs and coordinate with the Product Manager.
• Perform software testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
• Maintain technical documentation and release notes.
• Gather user feedback and support product improvements.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• B.Tech or B.Sc. in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence only.
• Minimum 2 independently developed projects with GitHub links or live demos.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL databases, web development, and Git.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and ownership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Django, Flask, FastAPI, or React.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Figma, or product documentation.
• Interest in AI, automation, US Healthcare RCM, or B2B SaaS.
• Internship experience in software development or product management.
