- *POSITION SUMMARY \& KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:**
Primary responsibility is to analyze and synthesize information / requirements provided by variety of people who interact with the business, such as customers, staff, information technology (IT) professionals and executives for enterprise class software as a contributing member of a highly motivated team of Engineers.
Responsibilities include
- Basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
- Understand and clarify customer requirements for or on behalf of the line of business
- Understand problems enough to determine cause and provide appropriate solutions
- Build team cohesion and foster good communication between various development teams
- Support an open, learning, and progressive environment to allow the team's exploration of new solutions
- Work with business team to ensure product backlog is visible and prioritize the list to generate higher business value
- Own the requirements and needs for product documentation, collaborating with technical writers. Study competitive offerings in the market and anticipate customer needs.
- Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories; working with other Product Managers and Product Owners to understand use cases, features, business \& technical domain rules and overall product goals
- Build and groom product backlog(s). Create and groom short, medium and long\-term product roadmaps and get internal agreement with key stakeholders and provide visibility across the enterprise, including at the executive level
- MBA 2020 Passout
- 2\+ years of SW development/engineering experience
- Ability to understand, communicate and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and interactions
- Ability to connect with individuals, building strong relationships and positively influencing decisions
- Adaptable to the needs and preferences of the team and stakeholders
- Attentive and active listening skills
- Confidence to communicate and bring new ideas to stimulate group discussions
- Inquisitive questioning skills
- Not an order taker, will think, question and drive out business value
- Basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- *Preferred Qualifications :**
- Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum and / or Kanban), methodologies and tools
- Direct hands on experience with writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Experience authoring Technical User Stories / Use Cases
- Experience in Agile Software Development process
