Associate - Project Manager

• *Responsibilities: Role and Responsibilities:**

• **Power BI Solution Leadership:** Lead the design and delivery of enterprise\-scale Power BI solutions, including semantic models, dashboards, reports, and self\-service analytics capabilities.
• **Business \& Requirements Analysis:** Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• **Architecture \& Solution Design:** Provide architecture, design, and configuration support for Power BI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• **Client Consulting \& Stakeholder Engagement:** Work directly with clients to provide consulting, technical guidance, solution recommendations, and ongoing support for analytics initiatives.
• **Analytics Governance \& Standards:** Establish reporting standards, governance processes, KPI definitions, data quality controls, and best practices to ensure consistency and trust in analytics outputs.
• **Mentorship:** Lead and mentor Power BI developers and analytics professionals, fostering technical excellence and continuous innovation.

• *Qualifications: Qualifications:**

• **Experience:** 6\+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise\-scale Power BI solutions.
• **Technical Skills:**

+ Strong expertise in Power BI capabilities, including: Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query (M), Advanced Data Modeling, Row\-Level Security (RLS), Performance Optimization, Dashboard Design and Data Storytelling

+ Experience designing and managing reusable semantic models and governed reporting assets.

+ Strong understanding of KPI definition, metric standardization, and business\-rule implementation.

+ Understanding of medallion architecture, ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.

+ Strong SQL skills with experience working across large and complex datasets.

+ Experience implementing report lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, version control, and release management.

+ Understanding of data security, data privacy, access management, and governance frameworks.

+ Familiarity with integrating Power BI with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise AI platforms (Preferred).

• **Leadership:** Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams, mentoring developers, and managing the successful delivery of complex reporting and analytics programs.
• **Problem\-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a proven ability to transform data challenges into actionable insights and present recommendations to business and technical audiences.
• **Communication:** Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
