The ABL team, composed of highly motivated individuals, delivers high\-quality platform solutions. To support accelerated development cycles and ensure comprehensive product quality, the team is seeking to expand its quality engineering capabilities, specifically focusing on faster, more frequent regression testing and expanded test coverage.

• *About the Position** We are seeking a highly motivated Associate QE Engineer who may be early in their career but possesses strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality engineering. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn our products, domain, processes, and tools, leverage AI\-assisted development capabilities, and rapidly contribute to the implementation and maintenance of manual and automated tests. We value problem solvers who can apply their knowledge effectively, collaborate well with others, and deliver meaningful outcomes with minimal supervision

• *Role and Responsibilities** - Conduct comprehensive testing of cloud based software applications across multiple platforms, browsers and operating systems using both manual and automation test approaches.

• Use AI technologies and methods to expand coverage and scope.

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual/automated test scripts using industry\-standard tools.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.

• Perform test executions, analyse test results, and report defects.

• Work closely with engineering team to to reproduce and resolve defects.

• Ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) through CT pipelines.

• Contribute to the improvement of test processes and methodologies.

• *About You**
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, defect management, and the quality engineering mindset, with the ability to apply these concepts to real\-world testing challenges. • Foundational knowledge of UI and API test automation using JavaScript or TypeScript, with a willingness and aptitude to rapidly develop expertise in frameworks such as Puppeteer. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI\-assisted development and testing tools (such as Claude Code or similar AI copilots) to improve productivity, accelerate automation development, and enhance test coverage. • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to learn unfamiliar applications, technologies, and business processes quickly. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with developers, product owners, and fellow QE engineers. • Self\-motivated learner who can quickly adapt to established team processes, standards, and ways of working while contributing positively to team goals. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced Agile environment. • Working knowledge of source control systems such as Git and modern software development practices. • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and exposure to tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar automation pipelines. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence. • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable. • Demonstrated curiosity, growth mindset, and a passion for continuous learning, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
