We are hiring experienced \*\*US Healthcare Recruiters\*\* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for US clients and a strong understanding of the US staffing process.

\#\#\# Responsibilities

\* Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US\-based clients

\* Work on requirements for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare, Therapists, and other medical roles

\* Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process

\* Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates

\* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

\* Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

\* Meet daily and monthly hiring targets

\#\#\# Requirements

\* Minimum 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment

\* Good understanding of US healthcare staffing industry

\* Strong communication and negotiation skills

\* Experience with job portals and sourcing techniques

\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment

\#\#\# Preferred Skills

\* Knowledge of VMS/MSP process

\* Experience working with US healthcare clients

\* Familiarity with ATS systems
