Associate Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an Associate Salesforce Developer with strong technical fundamentals, a problem\-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable building and supporting Salesforce solutions while understanding the business requirements behind them.

You will work closely with Lead Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and clients to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high\-quality Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their Salesforce expertise while contributing to successful project delivery.

• *Core Development Skills**
• --------------------------

• Hands\-on experience with Apex development, including triggers, batch jobs, queueables, future methods, and governor limit considerations
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC), including component development, wire adapters, lifecycle hooks, and event handling
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, including record\-triggered, screen, autolaunched, and scheduled flows
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL, including relationship queries and query optimization best practices
• Good understanding of Salesforce data models, relationships, and standard platform capabilities
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field\-level security
• Experience supporting Experience Cloud implementations is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging features

• *Integrations \& APIs**

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and Apex callouts
• Understanding of Named Credentials and secure integration practices
• Exposure to SOAP APIs and third\-party system integrations
• Familiarity with integration error handling and troubleshooting
• Exposure to data migration and data loading activities using Salesforce tools

• *DevOps \& Ways of Working**

• Experience using Git for version control, branching, and pull request workflows
• Ability to write meaningful Apex test classes and maintain deployment\-ready code
• Experience supporting deployments across Salesforce environments
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams and participating in sprint ceremonies
