• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a sharp, driven **Associate Software Engineer (Full\-Stack)** — **freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of professional industry** experience are welcome — who is deeply immersed in the modern JavaScript ecosystem. This role will contribute across the entire development cycle, from crafting seamless, high\-performance user interfaces to architecting robust server\-side logic and managing database flows.

The ideal candidate cares about pixel\-perfect alignment, clean folder structures, and optimized backend query performance while actively utilizing AI\-augmented development workflows to build

production\-grade software.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Engineering \& UX Optimization**

• Deliver "no\-lag", high\-performance web interfaces with fast load times and fluid, app\-like transitions.
• Build, modularize, and maintain reusable UI components using React.js and Next.js.
• Translate sophisticated design sheets into clean, semantic, and highly responsive components using Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Implement seamless client\-side state management and optimize front\-end performance for an elite user experience.

• *Backend Engineering \& API Architecture**

• Design, build, and test robust, secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Assist in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining core cloud infrastructure utilizing **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**.
• Structure and maintain relational and non\-relational databases (MongoDB), optimizing complex queries and ensuring data structural integrity.
• Integrate third\-party telecom APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks to power intelligent communication features.
• Utilize Git workflows for version control and collaborate efficiently on deployment cycles.
• Support the maintenance of CI/CD deployment pipelines to streamline high\-frequency production updates.

• *AI Integration \& Workflow Acceleration**

• Actively integrate AI capabilities—such as automated ticketing flows, transcription logic, and conversational voice summaries—into core communication products.
• Embrace an AI\-first development approach, utilizing tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to maximize code quality, acceleration, and debugging efficiency.

• *Sprint Accountability \& Collaboration**

• Participate in sprint planning, engineering reviews, and technical standups.
• Meet project deadlines, respect sprint timelines, and provide transparent technical updates.
• Work independently with minimal hand\-holding while maintaining close coordination with design and backend teams.

• *Qualifications \& Experience Essential**

• Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of professional software engineering experience

working on live, production\-level web applications.

• Strong foundational grasp of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Hands\-on experience with version control workflows using Git.
• Experience building responsive web applications using CSS, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
• Excellent technical communication, problem\-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Flexible availability to collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders across UK and India time zones.

• *Preferred**

• Practical experience or strong familiarity building within the Next.js framework and Vite ecosystem.
• Basic understanding of cloud deployment concepts (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of basic system design concepts and database optimization.
• Prior experience working with Zoho Workspace or agile project management tools.
