- *Primary Responsibilities**:Support IT Projects Services Procurement Team's operational activities \& transactions globally, challenging levels of excellence through the full process lifecycle \& optimizing usage of Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) platforms.* Collaborate well with internal stakeholders to understand their IT Project Services needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies that drive client success and business results.
- You will partner with aligned Category Management to establish, identify, and refine process improvements and relationship management (both internal and external).
- Building and maintain professional relationships with vendors and ensuring vendor performance meets organizational standards.
- Work cooperatively with Global sourcing teammates to meet common objectives.
- Update, maintain and create procedural guidelines, SharePoint sites and resource documents.
- Identify opportunities educate the business on souring Services and Contingent Labor Best Practices
- Ensure compliance and utilization of strategic programs and adherence to executed agreements including pricing, processes and policies.
- Partner with ITPS team to intake requirements, qualify and define opportunities for reporting requirements.
- Apply analysis and trends to global sourcing category operations support.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance.
- Focus on continuous learning regarding sourcing best practices through partnership with a variety of internal teams and gain experience in global sourcing systems.
- Maintaining emphasis on Communication, Mailbox \& Vendor Management System dashboard management.
- *Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications**

- Minimum 5\-6 years of experience or equivalent work in Sourcing and Procurement
- Knowledge of Professional Services/Contingent Workforce/Labor Sourcing best practices within a centralized sourced model, including exposure to supply chain and demand management planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey procurement strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders and team members.
- Knowledge of the key aspects of the RFI/RFP/RFQ and sourcing process
- Technology or Clerical \& Professional \- Contingent Workforce/ Professional Services Sourcing experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, understanding of how to effectively use
- Ability to multi\-task and work in fast paced and complex environment, working in very strong collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to identify and address challenges related to contingent workforce/professional services procurement with innovative and effective solutions.
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor management software tools
- Commitment to continuous improvement in knowledge of procurement processes and strategies through feedback, evaluation, and the implementation of best practices.
- Improve proficiency in using data analytics to assess workforce trends, supplier performance, and cost implications, enabling informed decision\-making.
- Ability to conduct market/industry/supplier analysis and synthesize data into a consumable format
- CCWP or CCWP SOW Mgmt. Expert certifications (preferred, not required)
