Associate STEM Content Analyst - Pharma Bio

• *Associate STEM Content Analyst \- Pharma Bio**

We are looking for an Associate STEM Content Analyst to join our Pharma Bio team in Chennai location. We would love to speak with you if you have one or more of skills like, extracting the novel scientific information, indexing/coding biological compounds in patents, content analysis etc.

• *About You**

• Must be a graduate in M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biochemistry, M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc. Molecular Biology, B.Tech Biotechnology.
• Can be fresher or a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience in Bio or Pharma based content editing (Not related to Research \& Development)

• *It would be great if you also have . . .**

• Elementary proficiency in one or more foreign languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, etc)
• Experience in Patent analysis \& skilled in Content writing, analysis.

• *What will you be doing in this role?**

• Responsible for indexing/coding biological compounds in patents.
• Extract information about recombinant technology, genetic engineering, fermentation, enzyme nomenclature from patents.
• Identification of biological macromolecules (proteins, receptors, antibodies etc.), detection techniques of biological macromolecules, vaccine and its application, hybrid plants from patents.
• Upskilling in Pharma, Bio, intellectual property, data analysis and other technical skills,

• *About the team**

The PharmaBio team is based in Chennai and Hyderabad has 20\+ members; with experience ranging from 0 \-15 years of experience. The team has a diverse group of professionals in different grades as Associate Content Analysts and Content Analysts. Team is responsible for indexing/coding biological compounds in patents for the DERWENT INNOVATION product subscribed all over the world by leading R\&D labs, Universities, Educational institutions, Leading Pharma Companies, etc. The team reports to Content Managers in India/London.

• *Hours of Work** (Full time)

9 AM to 6 PM, IST (Including one hour break)
