As an Associate in US Payroll Ops, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving end\-to\-end U.S. payroll processes.
+ Perform end\-to\-end assessments of the U.S. payroll lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies. Redesign workflows to reduce manual inputs, improve accuracy, and accelerate processing timelines.
+ Support and document automation projects leveraging **Oracle HCM Payroll**, **Alteryx**, and **PEGA**. Contribute to automation of repetitive activities (e.g., validation and reconciliation), including the use of RPA where applicable.
+ Support robust control frameworks to ensure payroll compliance and audit readiness. Ensure processes align with federal and state regulations (including **FLSA**, tax withholding requirements, and relevant labor laws).
+ Standardize and support **SOX** controls, documentation, and internal audit protocols to reduce operational and financial risk.
+ Partner closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, and IT to drive alignment, integration, and delivery of outcomes. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders.
