• *Role Overview:** The Assistant Manager – HR (Growth HR) will play a key role in driving employee development, performance management, and organizational growth initiatives. This role focuses on building a high\-performance culture through structured training, engagement, and career development strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *1\. Training \& Development** ∙Identify training needs across departments and design learning programs ∙

Develop and implement employee development initiatives ∙

Coordinate internal and external training sessions ∙

Monitor training effectiveness and ROI

• *2\. Performance Management (PM)** ∙Drive the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, feedback)

∙Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance

∙Ensure timely completion of appraisals and documentation

∙Analyse performance data to identify improvement areas.

• *3\. Rewards \& Recognition**

∙Design and implement reward and recognition programs

∙Ensure fair and transparent recognition practices

∙Promote a culture of appreciation and motivation

• *4\. Career Path Creation**

∙Develop structured career progression frameworks

∙Work with department heads to define growth paths

∙Support succession planning initiatives

∙Guide employees on career development opportunities

• *5\. Employee Engagement**

∙Plan and execute engagement activities and events

∙Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions

∙Implement action plans based on employee insights

∙Improve employee satisfaction and retention
