• *PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY / RESORTS is Mandatory with 3\-4 yrs in HR**

• Occupancy\-based manpower planning — staffing aligned with room occupancy, seasonality, and events.
• Housekeeping and room operations — adequate staffing for room cleaning, turnaround, and guest readiness.
• Employee accommodation and welfare — particularly for resorts with live\-in or remote\-location staff.
• Manpower cost control — overtime, outsourced manpower, staffing productivity, and payroll.
• Guest\-service culture — grooming, discipline, employee behaviour, and service\-quality training.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Manpower availability and vacancy closure within the agreed timeline.
• Employee attrition and retention rates.
• Manpower cost as a percentage of revenue.
• Payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
• Employee absenteeism and overtime cost.
• Training completion and effectiveness.
• PMS and appraisal completion rates.
• Statutory compliance and audit performance.
• Employee grievance resolution time.
• Employee engagement and service\-quality support.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
