As an Operations Coordinator at Ride n Repair, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our platform. You will be responsible for handling customer bookings, allocating mechanics to service requests, managing invoices, recruiting new mechanics to join our team, and contributing to our dynamic startup culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Booking Management

• Receive and process customer bookings through various communication channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of mechanic appointments.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Mechanic Allocation
• Mechanic Training
• Assign appropriate mechanics to service requests based on skills, availability, and location.
• Optimize mechanic allocation to minimize response times and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Invoice Processing:
• Generate and review invoices for completed services.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Actively seek out skilled mechanics to expand our network of service providers.
• Facilitate the recruitment process, including interviews, background checks, and onboarding.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
