Designation: **Audit \& Income Tax Manager**

Eligibility: **Semi Qualified CAs**

CTC: **₹3\-6 Lacs per annum**

Employment Type: Full\-time

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Accounting Standards (AS) and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Handling income tax compliance including preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensuring timely payment of advance tax, TDS, and other statutory dues.
• Assisting in tax audits, assessments, appeals, departmental audits, and related proceedings under the Income Tax Act.
• Preparation of certificates under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinating with the CS team and clients for ROC\-related compliances, ensuring proper documentation, follow\-ups, and timely submissions.
• Maintaining professional communication, strong client relationships, and adherence to firm policies and professional ethics.
