• *Position Overview:** We are seeking a talented and detail\-oriented AutoCAD and SketchUp Expert with a strong background in commercial projects and showroom design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed design plans, 3D models, and renderings that align with our clients' visions and project requirements. This role requires a creative individual who can transform concepts into reality, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp for commercial projects and showroom designs.**
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and interior designers to create designs that meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Produce high\-quality renderings and presentations for client review and approval.
• Ensure that designs are aligned with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather information and understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Assist in the development of design concepts and space planning.
• Provide technical support and expertise during the construction and installation phases.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as V\-Ray or Lumion.
• **Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in commercial projects or showroom design.**
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp with relevant project experience.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting in showroom design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Previous experience working with high\-end or luxury brands.
