Job Summary

Celes’tile Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented **2D AutoCAD Designer** with practical experience in AutoCAD drafting, drawing tracing, tile layouts, marble flooring, wall elevations and natural stone designs.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D technical drawings, tracing existing architectural plans, developing tile and stone layouts, and converting design references into precise, execution\-ready AutoCAD drawings for premium residential and commercial interior projects.

Candidates should demonstrate strong drafting skills, dimensional accuracy, attention to detail and an interest in building a long\-term career with the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for floor layouts, wall elevations, tile inlays, stone cladding and decorative stone patterns.
• Trace and reproduce existing architectural drawings, floor plans, wall elevations, sketches, PDFs, images and design references in AutoCAD.
• Identify and interpret measurements, dimensions, patterns and design elements from existing drawings and convert them into accurate, editable AutoCAD files.
• Develop tile, marble and natural stone layouts, including dimensions, joint details, pattern alignment and material orientation.
• Interpret architectural drawings, site measurements and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design and Production teams to ensure technical accuracy and project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on internal reviews, client feedback and site requirements.
• Maintain organised drawing files, technical documentation and reusable design templates.
• Prepare design presentations, layout mock\-ups and supporting technical drawings.
• Verify dimensions, scaling, alignment and technical details before final submission.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D drafting and drawing tracing** is mandatory.
• Educational qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to trace drawings from PDFs, scanned plans, images, sketches and architectural references.
• Practical understanding of tiles, marble, natural stone, stone cladding and tile joints.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and convert design concepts into technical layouts.
• Good understanding of dimensions, scaling, proportions and drawing accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Willingness to work from the Company's Shamshabad office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Italian marble, sandstone, designer tiles and natural stone.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop or other design presentation software.
• Understanding of material wastage, cutting patterns, layout optimisation and installation requirements.
• Exposure to premium residential, commercial or hospitality interior projects.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates must undergo a practical AutoCAD technical assessment, which may include:

• Tracing an existing architectural drawing.
• Interpreting dimensions and measurements.
• Preparing a 2D tile or wall stone layout.
• Demonstrating drafting accuracy and technical understanding.
