Job Description

Kasper Engineering Pvt Ltd is a market leader in the manufacturing of various structural steel products, including High Mast, Octagonal Poles, High Mast, Flag Mast, Decorative Poles, Stadium Mast etc. We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented AutoCAD/SolidWorks Designer to join our dynamic design and engineering team.

*Key Responsibilities:**

**Design and Drafting:** Create and modify 2D and 3D models, technical drawings, and blueprints for structural steel products using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
**Model Development:** Develop accurate 3D models and assemblies of products, components, and tooling as per engineering specifications and standards.
**Bill of Materials (BOM):** Generate and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for all designed components and assemblies.
**Collaboration:** Work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost\-effective, and meet all project requirements.
**Documentation:** Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design change notices and revision control.
**Quality and Standards:** Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and internal quality specifications.

*Qualifications:**

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven professional experience (5\+ years) as a Designer/Drafter in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Expert proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D and 3D)** and **SolidWorks**.
Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, manufacturing processes, and GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem\-solving abilities.
Prior experience in the pole manufacturing or steel structure industry is a plus.
