Automation Engineer \ Process & Workflow Automation

• *Role Overview**We are looking for an Automation Engineer to build intelligent process automation across internal and customer\-facing workflows, reducing manual effort for store\-agent and back\-office tasks.

• *Key Responsibilities**Identify manual, repetitive business processes suitable for automation.Build automation workflows using RPA/low\-code tools or custom scripts integrated with platform APIs.Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into automations where relevant.Monitor and maintain automation reliability and error\-handling.Document automated processes and quantify time/ROI savings.Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities.

• *Must\-Have Skills**4\+ years of hands\-on automation experience.Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) or custom Python/Node automation.Strong API integration skills.Experience with workflow/orchestration tools.Solid scripting skills.

• *Good to Have**Exposure to AI\-assisted or agentic automation.Telecom or retail back\-office process experience.Experience with low\-code platforms
