• *Job Title:** QA Automation Engineer (AI\-Augmented Automation)

• *Location:** Indore / Ahmedabad

• *Experience:** 2–4 years

• *Product:** LendFoundry Loan Servicing System (LSS), a multi\-tenant lending platform

• *About the role**

We’re looking for an automation engineer to own and extend our existing API and UI automation frameworks for LSS. You’ll use AI tools to speed up test design, script generation and maintenance. You’ll work with Product, Dev and DevOps to make regression faster and more reliable across multiple client tenants.

• *Key responsibilities**

• Maintain and extend the **API automation framework** (Java, Rest Assured, Cucumber/BDD, TestNG, Maven).
• Build and stabilise **UI automation** for a React/Material UI portal using **Robot Framework \+ Selenium (Python)**, including Selenium Grid and Docker\-based runs.
• Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM\-based assistants) to **generate test scenarios and scripts from acceptance criteria and UI markup**, then review and harden them before adding them to the framework.
• Set up and maintain **Jenkins pipelines** for sanity, regression and feature\-wise runs across tenants and environments, with clear reporting.
• Automate tenant onboarding, test data setup and cleanup (including MongoDB scripts) for multi\-tenant execution.
• Cover complex lending scenarios: loan onboarding, payment allocation, DPD, loan modifications, fees and accounting/GL flows.
• Improve parallel execution and reduce flaky tests, and help the manual QA team adopt the framework.

• *Must\-have skills**

• Strong hands\-on **Java** with Rest Assured, Cucumber and TestNG/JUnit
• Hands\-on with Robot Framework and Selenium
• Experience automating **React\-based UIs** with stable locator strategies
• **Jenkins, Docker, Git**, Maven
• Practical, day\-to\-day use of **AI coding and testing assistants**, with sound judgment on reviewing and validating AI\-generated tests
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON and MongoDB queries

• *Good to have**

• Lending, loan servicing or fintech domain experience
• Cypress or Playwright
• Performance testing (Artillery or JMeter)
• Building internal AI tools or agents for QA workflows (prompting, LLM APIs, MCP)
